Cottage Ammenities

The house comfortably sleeps six people. It includes one master bedroom (kings size bed) and two smaller bedrooms (each with a bunk bed). Bed linens are provided.

Renting Info

Maximum 6 people. No smoking. Sorry, no pets. Boarding reservations available at The Platte Lake Veterinary Clinic which is about 5 minutes down US 31. Call 231.325.2528 for reservations and information.

Rates

4 Season rental with 2 seasonal rates:
Mid June—Labor Day Weekend: $1,500.00 + a $400.00 deposit
After Labor Day till Mid June: $1,350.00 + a $400.00 deposit

Check In / Check Out

Check in on Saturdays at 4:00 p.m.

Check out on Saturdays at 12:00 (noon)

Refundable damage deposit of $400.00 is returned within two weeks after the cottage is left damage free and clean.
